DeBray has worked in an executive capacity for a number of sports entities since the early 1990s, including serving as General Manager and Vice President of Sales for Express Sports and the Oklahoma City Blazers professional hockey club for 16 years, where the club set minor league hockey industry standards for revenue production.  DeBray has hosted major events with the likes of sports stars’ Kevin Durant and Andy Roddick and has promoted events in Oklahoma City such as MLS and NHL preseason games , Professional Bull Riding (PBR), the WTA Tour and Davis Cup tennis. 

In 2018 DeBray along with his partners Sean Jones & Brad Lund purchased the Women’s Premier Soccer League (WPSL) and they have increased the world’s largest women’s soccer league’s membership by more than 40 percent with close to 150 clubs projected to compete in 2025.

He is part-owner and Vice President of the WPSL and has held roles with men’s teams in the NASL, PDL, USL and USISL.  The Mustang native played collegiately at Oklahoma City University and he and wife Shawna have two children, Brayden & Addyson.

Shawna is a former independent court reporter and currently serves as the CEO for Team Ayala.

DeBray owns and operates A&S Roofing and Contracting, currently one of the fastest growing roofing companies in Oklahoma and is also doing projects throughout the United States.
