CO-HEAD COACH

Gibson enters his fifth consecutive season as head coach or co-head coach with Oklahoma City FC.  The club has produced a 16-12-6 record under Gibson’s tutelage and has finished in the top three of the conference standings in all four WPSL seasons.  Gibson, who holds USSF A-Youth and SFA C Licenses, spent 13 years coaching elite youth teams in the metro-area, nine with Oklahoma Energy Football Club and four with Oklahoma Rangers FC.  The Glasgow, Scotland native was a four-year starter at University of Science & Arts of Oklahoma from 2007 thru 2010 and played professionally in Scotland for Hamilton Academicals Football Club.  Danny and wife, Brittany, reside in Mustang and have three daughters, Lilliana, Lorelei, and Lennox; and one son, Lorenzo.
