Oklahoma City FC Explodes in the Second Half to Defeat Houston South Select

Oklahoma City FC scored five straight goals after falling behind midway through the first half and cruised to a 5-1 road win over Houston South Select on Sunday.
Jade Ovendale-Curtis and Dria Hampton scored late first half goals to put Oklahoma City FC up 2-1 at intermission, and Jaclyn Purvine, Hampton and Madison May scored in the second half as Oklahoma City FC raised their record to 4-1-2 in the Women’s Premier Soccer League Southwest Conference.
Hampton finished with two goals and an assist, May recorded an assist to go with her tally and Addyson Guthrie also added an assist.
After finishing a two-week road trip, Oklahoma City FC returns home to Lakeview Field in Yukon to host the Texas Spurs FC and FC Austin Elite on Saturday night and Sunday afternoon.
